Sean P. McKinnon

Business Manager and CFO
Sean is the Business Manager and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Swift Surgeries; he also serves in the same capacity for Whole Health Orthopedic Institute. He is a native of Erie Pennsylvania where he obtained his undergraduate degree in accounting while attending Penn State Behrend (PSB). During his final year at PSB he joined a local public accounting firm as an intern and would eventually join the practice full-time. He then completed a rigorous one-year graduate certificate program at Mercyhurst University and obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license concurrently.
Sean then obtained his Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification and continued working in public accounting for 7 years where he gained experience in various industries, including nonprofit, manufacturing, employee benefit plans, and healthcare. He then met Dr. Ryan Molli in 2019, which is when he left public accounting and joined Whole Health Orthopedic Institute as the CFO.
Sean is a member of the American Association of Orthopedic Executives, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He also serves as the Treasurer for Do Good, Inc.
Dr. Molli and the staff at Whole Health and Edgewood Hospital do an outstanding job educating and caring for their patients. Recently had a knee replacement done. I was in the hospital from 6-2:30. I’ve recovered well in my home with little to no pain. I highly recommend this orthopedic practice for knee and hip replacement.
