Prior to owning a private practice office, I always had the sense that something was missing. After years of experience working in different employed hospital positions, I knew there had to be a better answer. I spent a lot of time reflecting, reading, researching and reanalyzing.
I decided the key to something better was not going to be found by applying for another job at another hospital. It was not going to be found by buying patients through advertising or promises. It was not going to be found by countless conversations starting with “if only…”.
It was found when I decided to do it myself. The right way. The patient-first, patient-focused way. The way I believe orthopedic care should be offered.
I have not regretted that decision and I am forever grateful I chose to create my private practice from the ground up & furthermore, add a concierge medicine program. Doing so has allowed me physician autonomy I once thought I would never experience. It has brought me closer to my patients on a more personal level. I have the utmost appreciation for the foundations of my practice being values that I believe in and live by every day. I am in control of what my patients experience is. I am in control of what my experiences are each day. I have the ability to adjust policides, procedures, and practices when needed.

In order to create a plan to implement our concierge medicine model into your practice we need to know your foundational requirements, practice details, and any other pertinent information you want us to have sign up before the strategic development and design phase begins.
